Refund Policy

We want your shopping experience with Histolab.AE to be smooth and transparent. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Policy (14 Days)

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. If you change your mind, you can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. Refunds are sent to your original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for processing.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• It must be in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

Returns that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Email us at ask@histolab.ae to start your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and arrange courier pickup.

Please don’t send items back without approval.

4. Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, let us know right away so we can help fix it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns for:

• Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
• Custom or personalized products
• Opened or used personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
• Hazardous materials or flammable items
• Gift cards or sale items

If unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before buying.

6. Exchange Policy

If you want to exchange something, you’ll need to return it first. After we receive and accept the return, you can place a new order.

7. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

• The item must be unused, with tags and in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

8. Refund Process

• We’ll inspect the return and notify you of approval
• If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days
• Time for refund to appear may vary by bank or provider
